HB 269-COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITIES 9:06:09 AM CHAIR EGAN announced consideration of HB 269. [CSHB 269(JUD) was before the committee.] SENATOR PASKVAN moved to bring CSHB 269(JUD), version M, before the committee. CHAIR EGAN objected for discussion purposes. SENATOR GIESSEL joined committee. 9:06:28 AM JAMES WALDO, staff to Representative Lindsey Holmes, sponsor of HB 269, explained the changes in version M were to remove one provision that dealt with use restrictions in condos, but the bill maintains its core thrust. CHAIR EGAN removed his objection. SENATOR PASKVAN moved to report CSHB 269(JUD), version M, from committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal note(s). There were no objections and it was so ordered.
